LIV - DOWNTOWN/SUGARHOUSE

Meet, Ali. Ali joined our team back in 2019 but took a short break when she moved down south. Now it’s been almost a year since she rejoined us at South Jordan!

An instructor at Torrent Cycle since June 2023, she loves music. Song lyrics constantly pop into her head and she’s not afraid to sing them at any moment.

  • Liv was solely raised by a single mom

  • Italian was her first language growing up and she currently has a 693-day streak on Duolingo to re-learn it

  • Liv eats movie theater popcorn with peanut M&M's almost every single night (must be mixed together and might become the ultimate cause of her death)

Favorite song (at the moment): 30 For 30 (with Kendrick Lamar) by SZA

Favorite artist (of all time!): Beyoncé!!!!

ALI - SOUTH JORDAN

  • Ali loves to read. She’s definitely in her audiobook era but loves to snuggle up with a physical book, too. 

  • Baking is Ali’s love language. Need a thank you? Here’s some bread. Had a bad day? Have some cookies. Just know that if she thrusts a baked good on you, it’s because she loves you (and her house is overflowing with them, so please take it). 

  • Cycling played a part in Ali getting bitten by the triathlon bug a few years ago. This summer she’ll be competing in her second half Ironman, as well as a few shorter triathlons. So, if she looks tired, it’s just because she’s swimming, biking and running more hours in the week than she’s sleeping.

Favorite artist: Taylor Swift
