RETAIL RETURN POLICY

We stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, bring it into the studio and we'll make it right. We want to make sure you love our retail as much as you love our classes!

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unwashed and unworn with tags still on for a refund or exchange.

• Items returned outside of 30 days from purchase date can only be returned for store credit.

• Items can be returned to any Torrent Cycle studio.

• If you purchased your item under your Torrent Cycle account, our front desk staff can easily look it up in your purchase history.

• If you do not have a Torrent Cycle account and purchased your product as a guest, you must have the a receipt when making your return.

• Returning a gift? You will need the full receipt to issue the return.

• Upon return, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.
